When parenting time is not happening
Missed exchanges, denied visits or repeated interference can leave a parent unsure what to do next. Start with the signed court order and a clear account of what occurred. Andrew reviews the specific requirements, the communications and the procedural history before discussing an enforcement approach.
Contempt requires more than an allegation
A contempt request asks the court to address alleged noncompliance with an order. The order's terms, evidence, notice and the other party's response matter. Not every disagreement establishes contempt. The appropriate filing and any available relief depend on the facts; no finding, penalty, fee award or additional parenting time is guaranteed.

Enforcement or a change to the order?
Enforcement concerns following an existing order. Modification concerns changing its terms. Both questions may arise in the same situation, but require separate analysis. Andrew can discuss which issues need review and the preparation involved.
