Andrew Russ Law, LLC uses information collected through andrewrusslaw.com to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential representation, operate the website, and understand how visitors find and use it.
Information you provide
The consultation form collects your name, email address, case type and county, optional phone number, brief case summary, other party’s name, court deadlines, and Zoom availability. We use this information to review the inquiry, check potential conflicts, and respond by email. Initial consultations are scheduled in advance via Zoom. Sending an inquiry does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Please provide only the brief information requested; do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, medical records, or detailed confidential documents through this form.
Website, cookies, and analytics
The website is hosted by Wix. Wix and connected services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source, and activity timestamps. IP addresses and online identifiers can relate to an individual or device. Cookies and similar technologies support website operation, analytics, and advertising measurement.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand website traffic and measure actions such as successful consultation-form submissions. These services may use cookies or other identifiers. The information you type into the intake form is for reviewing your inquiry, not for inclusion in analytics event labels or tracked page URLs.
Your choices
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any privacy controls displayed on the website. Blocking cookies may affect some website features or measurement. Google also provides advertising privacy controls and an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You may decline to provide optional form information. Required fields are needed to submit an inquiry online; you may telephone the office with a question about another way to contact the firm.
Service providers and payments
Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, form delivery, email, analytics, advertising measurement, and payment services. When you follow a payment or third-party link, that provider’s terms and privacy practices also apply. Please do not enter payment-card information in the consultation form. We do not sell inquiry information for mass-email marketing.
Use, retention, and security
We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate potential representation, and maintain appropriate business and legal records. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and applicable professional, legal, and administrative obligations. Information may be disclosed when required by law or as permitted by applicable professional duties. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
